UnitOps privacy

This is a placeholder. The final privacy language is being put together and depends on a governing-law decision that has not been made yet. The route exists so it can be linked from the rest of the product instead of pointing at a dead URL.

Until the long-form version lands, here is what is true today: operator and tenant data is stored only inside your operator account; it is never shared or sold; you can request export or deletion at any time; the underlying infrastructure runs on Vultr in the United States.
