This is a placeholder. The final terms of service depend on a governing-law decision that has not been made yet. The route exists so it can be linked from the rest of the product instead of pointing at a dead URL.

Until the long-form version lands, here is the practical shape: UnitOps is provided as-is during early access; you control your operator account, your tenants, and your data; payment processing runs through your own merchant account, not ours; you can cancel and export at any time.
